CANCELLATION OF ORDER
The customer has the right to cancel his order at any time as long as its shipment has not been completed.
Where payment has been made by credit or deposit, we will issue a refund immediately in the same manner as the purchase was made.
RIGHTS OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURN POLICY
If the customer is not satisfied with the purchase he made from www.cicada.gr, he has the right to return the products.
Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.
The cost of return is borne by www.cicada.gr if defective or wrong products were received and the return of the product will be made after consultation with our company.
DO YOU WANT TO PERMANENTLY RETURN A PRODUCT?
In the event that a refund of all or part of the value of your order is required, the refund is made in the same way as the payment was made.
In case of purchase by Cash on Delivery, it is required to inform us by sending your bank account (Name of Beneficiary, Bank, Account IBAN), so that we can deposit the amount there.

DO YOU WANT TO REPLACE ANY OF THE PRODUCTS YOU RECEIVED?
You can immediately re-order the new product you want. Some of our products may be available in limited quantities and for this reason the return process must be completed in a short time due to the possibility of them being sold out.
TO BE ACCEPTED THE RETURN MUST:
– The product must be in its original condition and packaging and must be accompanied by its purchase document and all forms, tags, instructions for use, etc. that accompany it.
– Product returns must be made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.
ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
– Allow us 5 (five) working days for the refund, from the day of receipt of the returned product.
– We recommend that you keep a copy of the proof of shipment from the courier and the proof of purchase of the returned products until we process your refund.
HOW TO RETURN GOODS
Before returning your order, contact us either by phone or email (contact email or tel. +30 210 99 66 290 to receive the approval of your return request from the Returns Department of www.cicada.gr).
Once you have received our approval:
• Contact the store of the Courier company we work with to receive your package.
• The package is sent at a recipient’s fee (ours, nothing is paid to the Courier)
• Once the change is complete we will send you the products you have requested.
Please be sure to inform the Courier for shipping with consignee fee.
